She knows proper form, which is essential for lifting without being injured and even if you have an injury she knows how to modify the workouts so you can still get your workout in! There’s no slacking off with Rochelle, she will keep you focused.

Rochelle is absolutely the BEST trainer I have ever worked with. I originally was assigned to another trainer who was inattentive and I didn’t see any results. Upon signing up for training sessions again, I decided to sign up with Rochelle as my trainer and loved it. You know that feeling you get when you don’t want to go to the gym because you know you’re basically going to have your butt handed to you on a silver platter but you feel great after? That’s the Rochelle effect. I always ended up staying for longer than I planned because she makes me want to get in the best workout every time I do workout. She focuses on your strengths AND weaknesses.

If you’re a hot mess like me doing some free weights, she will help you with an alternative position to hit the same muscle groups. She’s super fun, energetic and professional. She’s a total bad ass and kind of intimidating at first (have you seen her arms!?) but her outgoing, humorous personality keeps you coming back for more. Oh, and she’s attentive. Rochelle will know if you’re only putting in half the effort… and she will make you do more reps to make up for slacking. She motivates you to give your all and praises you for your strengths, which I like because all feedback is necessary to know if you’re doing good or bad. I was in my best shape with Rochelle. I trained with her until I left SD and I’ll be training with her when I return!
